Are there hidden fees or fixed monthly charges?
No. Nexus never charges fixed fees or monthly subscriptions on Starter and Growth plans. You only pay on successful transactions. Enterprise plans may include a negotiated flat fee based on volume.
In which currencies can you settle?
Nexus settles in your local currency (XAF, XOF, EUR, USD, GBP) or global currencies. Choose between scheduled weekly/monthly settlement or on-request via the dashboard.
How long does integration take?
With our REST API and SDKs (Node, Python, PHP), a Collections integration can be done in 1-2 days. For Nexus Flow (marketplace), expect 2-4 weeks with our onboarding team.
What happens if a transaction fails?
No fees are charged on failed transactions. Nexus immediately returns the status via webhook and you can retry. Customer refunds are free.
Do you handle KYC/AML compliance?
Yes, 100% on Growth and above. Our compliance partners cover BEAC, BCEAO regulations and specific requirements for regulated industries (health, insurance, fintech).
Can I upgrade from Growth to Enterprise mid-year?
Of course. As soon as you regularly exceed 50M XAF monthly volume, our team proactively proposes an upgrade with negotiated rates. No service interruption.
